Beyond Paper™

This idea began with the exploration of discarded painting materials in the studio, as well as my quest for new approaches to sustainable methods in my art practice and in ways to reduce my environmental footprint.

From a Canada Council grant, I developed the project Beyond Paper (2021) - a project that explored support surfaces through the experimentation of repurposed and upcycled paper, clay and home-based ingredients.
